Delta Zeta was founded nationally in 1902, and locally in 1989. Delta Zeta is one of the largest national sororities with 165 collegiate chapters in 50 states.  Delta Zeta was founded on the principles that make up the six pillars: sisterhood, social, service, scholarship, standards, and self. Every day, sisters of Delta Zeta strive to live their lives regarding these pillars.

I am very lucky to have such supportive sisters who embrace and accept me just as I am. No matter how goofy, silly or weird I may think Im being, I’ve realized that in Delta Zeta I can always be myself. My sisters are my humans and without them I wouldn’t have that support at Northeastern.

My favorite part about Delta Zeta is how much it has made Boston feel like home. Once I joined Delta Zeta, I felt so much more comfortable and confident in adjusting to college life. Delta Zeta quickly became my biggest support system, and still is today.
